To take advantage of the GM First Responder Discount, drivers who meet the criteria* are asked to follow these steps:

Step 1: Start Shopping

Shop online through our online inventory of new Buick, Cadillac, and GMC models here at Palmen GM to select your preferred year, make, model, and trim.

Step 2: Get an Authorization Number

When you’re ready to purchase, you’ll need a First Responder authorization number to make use of the discount. This can be found by providing proof of eligibility here.

Step 3: Pick-Up or Vehicle Delivery

Kenosha, Racine, and Milwaukee area drivers can complete their Buick Cadillac, or GMC purchase with us here at the Palmen GM dealership online or with a visit to our dealership located in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
